What is a Virtual Private Server (VPS)?
A Virtual Private Server is a server divided into fully separate hosting environments. VPS resources are completely dedicated to you. That means you don't have to share resources (such as RAM or CPU) with other customers and you're less likely to be impacted by their behavior. Keep in mind that the network port is shared with others on the same node.
So why do people buy Dedicated Servers?
A Dedicated Server is a server that's literally dedicated to you and no one else, including the network, which means the world (or in this case, server) is your oyster.
What is the difference between a VPS and RDP?
Should I go for a VPS or webhosting?

Any migration service?
We do not provide migration. We can upgrade your plan, but your data will be lost and it's your job to migrate the files. Backup your webfiles, install a LAMP stack on your Linux VPS and transfer your backup to the VPS. There are many tutorials on this as well.

Can I reinstall my VPS/RDP or do I need to open a ticket?
You can do this by yourself with the use of our VPS Control Panel. Installations are instant, automated and completely free.
Do I have to pay extra for a Windows RDP?
Nope, we provide many pre-configured operating systems in our VPS Control Panel. These are all for free.
My VPS/RDP is offline, can I turn it on by myself or should I open a ticket?
You can power on, power off or restart your VPS/RDP at any time with the use of our VPS Control Panel.
What are all the Control Panel features?

What is not allowed to do on a VPS/RDP?
You will get terminated directly when we notice you are sending DDoS, overloading
our network, spoofing, hosting child & animal abuse or doing anything related to
terrorism on our servers.
You are also not allowed to target The Netherlands or Belgium, you will get terminated directly, no questions asked nor any warning.
The IP of my VPS/RDP got blacklisted, what now?
No issue! In case you got blacklisted because of your activity, we can replace the IP of your VPS/RDP for only €2,50. It could happen sometimes that your VPS/RDP gets deployed with an already blacklisted IP, in this case you can contact us and we will replace it for free.

Can I use webhosting for my blackhat activities?
No, we try our best to keep it clean on our webhosting servers. You are free to host and publish anything, unless it is blackhat related or anything illegal. No heavy scripts, botnets, malware, phishing, fraud, spam, etc. You will get terminated directly when you do not obey this rule.
Is a domain included with my webhosting plan?

No, we do not accept PayPal nor Card. You can pay with Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero & other crypto.
Is VAT included in the pricing?
We do not charge any VAT on our invoices. Be happy!
Are there any discount codes available?
No, all prices are fixed. We will never have a discount code for any of our products.
Do I have to manually renew my product?
Yes, always check your invoices from time to time when you have a product with us. Be on time with your payments! The system suspends (no data loss) products on due date, you have 24 hours to pay untill it gets terminated (with 100% data loss).
Do you issue refunds?
No, all payments are final because it's a digital product/service. We do not refund.
