Spamhaus is a globally recognized authority that tracks spam and related threats. A listing
on Spamhaus typically means that a particular IP address or domain has been identified as a
source of malware, spam, botnet or phishing.
Don't get your IP address listed on Spamhaus, prevent any kind of listing.
If your server
gets listed, our system will automatically blackhole the IP address and makes it unreachable.
Please contact our support team when this happens to resolve the listing.
Tor Exit Nodes
You are allowed to operate a Tor Exit, Relay, and Bridge nodes on our servers.
Privacy and free speech are two essential values that are worth safeguarding.
Terms of Service

By using our services, all customers agree to adhere to our Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS is
designed to ensure the respectful use of our services in consideration of other Internet users
and the integrity of our network. While we've tried to be comprehensive, the TOS isn't
exhaustive. We retain the right to update or amend the TOS without prior notice. Any changes
become effective once posted. This TOS overrides any previous agreements or understandings,
whether they were written, spoken, or implied.
Violating our Acceptable Use Policy
Any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service can result in your account and
or/servers being suspended without notice.
DDoS Abuse
Targeting other networks in harmful ways like DDoSing is strictly forbidden.
Any form of Child or Human Abuse
The use of our servers to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available
child or any kind of human abuse material is prohibited.
Crypto Mining
Crypto Mining is strictly prohibited from our network unless otherwise specified, as it puts an
unnecessary strain on shared resources and reduces the usable lifespan of physical hardware.
Illegal Marketplaces
We will not allow our services to be used to host online marketplaces that deal in illegal goods and/or services.
Privacy Policy
Across the site and our servers, we only store the data that is absolutely necessary to keep
WHMCS (billing) running. We only keep this information for exactly as long as we need it, and we
don't share it with anybody else. The data that we store is not personally identifiable, as
defined by the EU's landmark GDPR legislation.
That said, we believe it's important to further minimize the data we need to collect. That's why
we only require an email address and password to sign up and don't block temporary mailboxes.
It's also why we accept payments in cryptocurrency.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. However, if there are issues caused by the server, our support team will attempt to resolve them or potentially relocate your service to another node. If, after our interventions, you remain unsatisfied with the server, we will refund the amount corresponding to the remaining days of your service.
